Chicken Stop PH Super Fried Spring Chicken Honest Review

All my friends know this about me – but I’m sucker for a good deal. It doesn’t even have to be THAAAT good of a deal, but just knowing that I’m getting something extra makes me sooo ridiculously pleased with myself.

So, last Saturday, as I was scrolling through Let’s Eat Pare (yes, this is how I waste my time), I was really pleased to come across Chicken Stop PH – who was having a 10.10 promo!!! Essentially, you get 4 spring chickens + 8 dips for the price oh PHP 1,010. So despite the fact that REALLY, my family should NOT be eating 4 spring chickens (maybe like 3 max), I was like – GG. Good deal!

Overall – I’m glad I did. Let’s dive in as I walk you through my experience.

Chicken Stop PH Ordering Experience

Super seamless! I messaged them on Instagram, ordered, and they sent me a BDO link to pay (since I wanted to pay via credit card). And voila, done! Order confirmed.

On Sunday morning, the Maginhawa branch texted me to inform me that they had received my order, and that they would inform me in ~20 minutes once my order is ready for pick up. Right at 10:30AM on-the-dot, they texted to inform me to pick up my order. Wow.

I missed the text though, because I was on a call with a very very VERY chatty person. So I ended up picking up my order a bit later (aka 11AM). Oops, sorry 🙁

Chicken Stop PH Super Fried Spring Chicken Taste and Flavor

It’s so good. Super crispy with really tender meat. So fun fact, the reason why they use spring chicken is because it’s harvested younger compared to full grown chicken so still have more tender meat. Cool right?

On top of that, the meat itself is incredibly flavorful. You can munch away without even making use of the dip. BUUUT, the dips are also pretty good. I got all 6 : Truffle, Soy Garlic, Buffalo, Garlic Mayo, Honey Mustard, and Sweet Chili. Most of these are pretty standard, so not much to say about it. I will say I really liked the Truffle and Honey Mustard sauces though. Yum!!

The only word of warning I will share is this: It’s VERY oily (deep fried hello!), and very addictive. We ended going through all the spring chicken wahaha.
