Bali 4-day DIY itinerary: Surfing the Kuta waves and chilling

After three days of early rising, the last day should be spent chilling. If you’re feeling adventurous, check out my Days 1 to 3 blog – because Day 4 is all about surfing the waves and relaxing

Table of contents

Brunch at KYND Community

If you’ve never heard of this place, you’ve probably seen photos. Their smoothie bowls are practically the poster child for Bali IG food photos! Thankfully, not only are their smoothie bowls pretty to look at, but they’re also delicious as well. You can request them to spell out certain things on your bowl – so long as it’s within 8 letters

Cost: IDR 72k per smoothie bowl (there are only two types to choose from)

Surfing the waves at Kuta

Bali is known for their gnarly waves, and while I’m no surfer, I did actually enjoy surfing in Bali. Just go to Kuta Beach and ask around for a surfing instructor. You can haggle – I ended up paying IDR 150k for an hour’s worth of surfing lesson! I don’t think I can last beyond an hour to be honest… By the end of the session, my arms hurt, my stomach hurt, everything hurts!!! But I still smiled for the photos haha!

Chillax at Potato Beach Club

Potato Beach Club is famous. I think it’s so-so, I prefer La Plancha actually. Having said that, there’s a nice beachfront here, and my friends and I spent ~2 hours or so just playing around by the beach

Afterwards, we decided to utilize Grab Food again – and spent the remainder of the night splashing around in our Villa AirBnB’s pool (where there were no waves thankfully), and chilling to Spotify! <3

And that’s it – hope you enjoy Bali as much as we did!! Let me know if you’ve got any questions 😉

Please do check out my other Bali blogs as well <3
