Premium Eats MNL is my go-to steak supplier, and I was planning to purchase steak from them for my Christmas lunch spread. To maximize the shipping fee, I perused their other options to find other offerings I could purchase as well. One such find was this Boracay Chori Burger!
Verdict: Highly recommend! My family kept coming back for more
What is Boracay Chori Burger?
It’s made with pure ham and zero additives, which makes it extremely flavorful and perfect for a snack or a meal.
Each pack came with 6 pcs, and cost PHP 350, so roughly ~PHP 60 per piece.
How to prepare / cook Boracay Chori Burger?
Cooking the chori burger itself is relatively simple. Simply plan fry for a few minutes, and you’re good to go.
Now, you can eat it with rice buns for breakfast, or you can set up a hamburger station, which is what I did. For that, just prepare burger buns fresh lettuce, and lots of sliced tomatoes. Simply delicious!
