Mum’s Lasagna Honest Review

Mum’s Lasagna’s beef lasagna is SO GOOD. That’s all you need to know. Just kidding!
But really – it’s excellent. One of the best lasagnas I’ve tasted during this pandemic. What I really like about it the pasta is perfectly cooked al dente, the herb tomato sauce is rich but not overpowering, and the bechamel sauce is simply delicious. I’m not used to separate tomato sauce and bechamel sauce in my lasagna, but this works surprisingly well.
Unfortunately – we ate it so fast… I forgot to take a photo!!! So I just grabbed a photo from Shoot First Eat Later :p
If you made me choose, I’d say Mum’s Lasagna and The OC Chef are my two top picks for lasagna as of today.
