I’ve been seeing The Little Pie Company’s savory and sweet pies on my social media feed, and was curious to see if they were any good. Thankfully, a family friend of ours gifted us with a box of assorted savory and sweet pies, so here’s my honest review.
Verdict: I love it! The Little Pie Company’s pies are SO yummy!
Savory and Sweet Pies I’ve tried from The Little Pie Company
- Moo Pie: tender, slow cooked beef, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, and gravy in flaky homemade pie crust
- Chicken Pie: succulent chicken, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, and creamy white sauce in flaky homemade pie crust
- Cheesy Sausage Pie: flavorful pork sausage, caramelized onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese sauce in flaky homemade pie crust
- Mediterranean Veggie Pie: tender grilled zucchini and eggplant with roasted bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheddar in flaky homemade pie crust
- Apple Delight: fresh apples, sugar, cinnamon, and butter in flaky homemade lattice crust
What I love about The Little Pie Company’s pies
Their homemade crust is SO GOOD. It’s the right sort of flaky, and should win awards for this alone.
Of the 5 flavors I’ve tried, my personal favorites were the chicken pie (like chicken pot pie, yum!) and the apple delight (my sweet tooth cravings were well-satisfied). Honestly though, they’re all really good. I’m a happy camper!
