Easy Healthy Tasty Roasted / Baked Carrot Fries DIY Recipe (with step-by-step instructions)
April 3, 2021
This is a really easy appetizer or side dish to whip up, and I generally do this when I’m lazy to make anything else. This time around, I served it with steaks on the side – and it was simply delicious.
The best part? Carrots seem much healthier compared to potato fries – they’re full of flavor, have less carbohydrates compared to potatoes, and they taste divine when the edges are browned and get a bit crispy
I was actually experimenting at this time, so I was making carrot fries, sweet potato fries and potato wedges. The sweet potato fries were a bit of a disaster so I won’t go into detail about that here, but the carrot fries were great, so here you go!
